BREACHER.GG Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BREACHER.GG (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Operator / Legal Entity
The Site is operated by Trick2G LLC (“Trick2G,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Trick2G LLC operates the BREACHER brand and storefront.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Site only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision.
3) Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorized to use the payment method.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at any time (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues).

If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund the original payment method.
4) Pricing, Product Info & Availability
We aim to display product descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability accurately, but errors may occur. We may correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order is submitted.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery estimates vary by destination and are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
6) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and refunds are handled according to our posted Return/Refund Policy (if available) or as required by law. Some items may be final sale or not eligible for return (for example, customized or hygiene-related items) when stated on the product page.
7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, contact us first so we can help. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order or account restrictions.
8) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including designs, logos, text, photos, videos, and software) is owned by Trick2G LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without written permission.
9) User Content (If You Post Anything)
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant Trick2G LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use it in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
10) Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with security, scraping, spamming, or using the Site for unlawful activity.
11) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS/SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trick2G LLC and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill related to your use of the Site or purchase/usage of products.
13) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trick2G LLC and its affiliates, owners, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of rights of any third party.
14) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if you violate these Terms.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
